Best nine wines of 2020! This year brought about many wine discoveries thanks to my WSET course. But the main one was Beaujolais! The wine in the centre is the culprit responsible for this wine revelation. I didn’t expect such quality, depth and complexity out of ordinary Beaujolais (that I have been despising for years – and in vain!). It totally changed my perception of the whole region and encouraged me to explore the Cru category. And, oh boy, what a value for money given the quality!
